1. QUESTION What fabric do you use to manufacturer your canopies?
ANSWER 
the #1 marine fabric in the world. We use Sunbrella plus for exterior covers.
2. QUESTION What do you have standard patterns for?
ANSWER Bavaria Motor Boats, Beneteau, Discovery, Dufore, Elan, Gibsea, Jeanneau, Lagoon, Legend, Moodys, Rodman, Sabre, Southerly, Vancouver, and Westerly boat ranges. We either supply the UK builders, or importers of these ranges, or in the case of Westerlys and Gibsea, have supplied in the past.
3. QUESTION Do we supply spare parts, fittings etc?
ANSWER Yes we offer a range of spare parts and can fit the new product to your boat

General or light cleaning
To clean Sunbrella while still on a boat, follow these simple steps:
- Brush off loose dirt.
- Hose down.
- Prepare a cleaning solution of water and mild soap such as Ivory Snow, Dreft or Woolite (no detergents).
- Use a soft bristle brush to clean.
- Allow cleaning solution to soak into the fabric.
- Rinse thoroughly.
- Air dry.
- May not require retreatment depending on the age of the fabric.
If stubborn stains persist, you can use a diluted chlorine bleach/soap mixture for spot cleaning of mildew, roof run-off or other similar stains (see our Stain Chart for specific recommendations).
5. QUESTION How do you maintain/service zips?
ANSWER Candle wax rubbed into the teeth will act as a lubricant. We recommend petroleum jelly or silicon lubricant is worked into zip sliders and the starting tongue and box, to help protect from salt crystal deposits.
6. QUESTION Is it possible for me to fit my canopy myself?
ANSWER We can provide full fitting instructions and photographs with all our standard pattern products to enable you to self-fit.
7. QUESTION What is the difference between a Sailcover and Pack-a-Main?
ANSWER A sailcover is a general cover for a sail whereas a Pack-a-Main allows the sail to flake into the bag
8. QUESTION Does the price includes fitting locally?
ANSWER Yes the supply price includes fitting between Chichester to Lymington (on the South Coast)
9. QUESTION What fabric do you use to manufacturer a winter cover?
ANSWER Top gun fabric as this is extremely heavy duty
10. QUESTION Do we require a deposit when placing an order?
ANSWER No, but payment is required once the cover is fitted to your boat/yacht
11. QUESTION Which areas do you cover when measuring/patterning/fitting?
ANSWER Chichester to Lymington (on the South Coast)
